My skin is sensitive, so worried I was a bit trying these lip products. But they didn’t make me itchy or red, which was nice. Shipping was fine too, nothing weird there. Mostly just happy it worked for me.

I picked this up mostly because I remembered it was cruelty-free, and that made me feel a lot better about buying it. I try to pay more attention to that stuff now, so it’s nice when a product checks that box.

I really like a lot of the products, but in my experience the limited stuff sells out almost instantly. It’s kind of frustrating because by the time I check, the things I want are usually already gone

I bought this sometime in early May, or maybe it was late April, and it just didn’t last as long as I was hoping. It worked at first, but seemed to wear off fast

These shadows blend out really nice. Like, barely any effort. I’m not amazing at makeup, but this still looked smooth. No patchy spots. happy with it

I really wanted to like this more, but the pigment left me a little underwhelmed. The shades look so in the pan, which made the actual application feel even more disappointing. A few of them went on patchy and took way too much building to get any real color. For the price, I was expecting something bolder and smoother. It’s not terrible, but the overall vibe was more “meh” than impressive.

I really liked the products I ordered, but the return policy felt just a bit strict. One of the shades looked different in person than it did online, and when I looked into returning it, it wasn’t quite as easy as I expected.
I totally get that makeup returns can be complicated, but I do wish there was just a little more flexibility. Overall, it’s not a bad store at all, just something I’d recommend checking before you buy.

I ordered from jeffreestarcosmetics.com because I’d been wanting to try a few things, and at first I was excited when the package arrived. But when I opened it, one of the palettes had a couple of shades broken, which was disappointing.

The colors themselves still look really pretty, and I can probably use some of the palette, but it was a mess to deal with. I can’t say for sure if it happened during shipping or before it was packed, but either way it wasn’t really what I expected after paying for shipping.

Customer service did get back to me, though it took a little longer than I hoped. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t great either. I’d probably give it 3 stars.

I really wanted to like this because the product itself seems good, but of course the scent ended up being stronger than I expected. It’s not awful or anything, just way sweeter than what I usually go for, and it kind of follows me around longer than I’d like. I can still use it, so it’s not a total loss, but if you’re sensitive to smells like I am, this might be one of those products that just doesn’t work out. Giving it 3 stars because the quality seems fine, but the scent just wasn’t on my side.
